About Us
With over 2200 members representing 17 cities from coast to coast across the continental U.S. and Canada, the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) is the largest and fastest-growing Asian American professionals organization in the US and Canada. Established in 1982, we are a non-profit organization where Asian American professionals work together to inspire leadership in the workplace and communities in which we live. NAAAP is the proving ground for Asian professionals, forging leadership through professional development, community service, and cultural awareness. The Houston chapter of NAAAP (NAAAP-Houston) is a 501(c)(4) volunteer-based group comprised of professionals, entrepreneurs and graduate students in the Houston metropolitan area. The Houston chapter opened in 1994 and represents the first chapter of NAAAP in Texas. Our Mission To provide a broad range of Asian American professional and educational services that meets the needs of individuals, corporations and government through the efforts, experiences, talents and dedication of our volunteers.
